Is anyone having trouble with Crystal PROMPTS when using runtime

We found our problem....turns out that there's an older 'Epicor
Crystal runtime' that was still installed, and was not manually
removed when we installed the latest one. After removing both, then
re-installing the latest one...all's well. Sometimes, it's the most
obvious problems that are the hardest to find...!

Can't uninstall the latest runtime and try the older version, as the
uninstall routine really doesn't remove everything.

I'm hoping that someone may have already gone through this and perhaps

been able to find the root cause of this.

For the record, we are using the 3_05_2008 version of the runtime,
with Vantage 8.03.405a.

Thanks....Gary
Check to see if you have your report setup that it is saved without data.

By chance do you have both the old 1.1 runtime and the 3.0 runtime on these
machines?

I gave up on the Vantage Crystal runtime for my direct-to-SQL reports and
am using the Logicity one. The Vantage runtime produces erroneous results
on reports that work properly in the Crystal runtime in Crystal Reports and
in the Logicity one.
