Is it possible to limit IssueTopicD1 to drop down only

Hello,

I was asked if I could limit the drop-down box in Service Call Center → Line tab → Topics: IssueTopicID1 to just the Topic Entries?

They do not want the ability to type in custom responses.

This is the modern Client we are still using, if that helps.

I believe if you open it up in App Studio, you should be able to. Select the drop downs and then go under the Advanced group and change Drop Down Style to DropDownList.

I don’t think that would work for the client in Modern mode, would it?

My apologies, I assumed that you were asking about Kinetic since that is the category you posted in.

There should be a similar setting in E10 screens that you could change.
