We have a location that needs to use the same printer to print green sheets and white sheets alternatively. This Kyocera printer has two cassette drawers. We have been able to get this to work in Windows, but not in Epicor.

Maybe send the job twice through bpm to different “Printers” setup in epicor. One with each tray setup.
David we use a network printer/copier with White, Pink, Blue, Yellow and Green paper set ups. NOTHING in getting ready for Epicor had brought me to tears or made me feel more defeated than this process when setting up our printers when we were getting ready to go live in Jan 2019. Ask @bderuvo this was a nightmare.

I forgot about that! That was action packed day between the printer and manifest!
Not sure if it was that printer driver or the Epicor Server Side Printing. Adding the printer the app server multiple times with different default paper sources did the trick.
If you want to use Data Directive auto printing, you can choose the printer.
