Is there a 2005 Crystal W-2 Form?

We're on 6.1 533, I printed our W-2's and they're okay. Lines 3 & 4 are just barely touching the line but are still just fine.

Wonder if a different printer would make a difference?

Does anyone know of an updated 2005 W-2 for Crystal? All our patches are
up to date, but lines 3 and 4 are printing into the box below. Is anyone
