Is there a good way to modify or block hotkeys in the browser client?

Specifically, I have developed a tenacious beef with Ctrl-right/left arrow. If I have to lose all official hotkeys to get rid of this one, that is a price I am willing to pay.

In the rest of the natural world (excepting evil editors), this is supported as an efficient way to navigate the cursor over blocks of text. Discovering that the web client has assigned Ctrl-right/left arrow to “dump all my work and switch to the neighboring line detail instead” has triggered involuntary utterances which have spooked all birds from the neighborhood.

Okay, it’s not as bad as the other ERP I encountered ages ago that assigned Alt-F4 as critical to saving one’s work. That was diabolical.

I haven’t managed to find any official way to modify this hotkey. Worst case, there might be a way to dispatch it with a ublock origin rule. Is there a better way? Have I overlooked something?

Ctrl-Alt-H?

Ironically, I’ve been taking full advantage of the best part of having a browser client, ie, working in Linux. Ctrl-Alt-h launches the clipboard manager.

I did open a Windows session and gave this a look from the desktop and browser. The only editable shortcuts I get are the ones for navigating to Application Menu, Collaborate, Enterprise Search, Help, and Home. I was hoping I could edit the shortcut that launches shortcuts editing, but the shortcut editing shortcut does not appear to be editable.

That’s so meta.
