Solution Manager should let you export/import them.

I recommend that you compare side by side the imported one via solution mgr in 904 version. We had problems in which the import was not completely succussful in 904506. Now in 905607 it appears to be working ok. In 904506, to migrate, we did them manually, side by side, each tab... loads of fun.
