Is there a way to force [Get Territory] on a group of customers?

I created a new Territory defined with bounds (in order to split a state between sales reps.) Now that this is done, is there a way to go through all of the customers in that state and force the [Get Territory] function to update their Territory IDs?

In Sales Territory, check out the overflow menu. There are options there to “Adjust All” and “Adjust Current Territory” (the one you currently have open).

That’s supposed to realign customers based on their address to the defined territories.

Any customer record where the Territory Locked checkbox checked will be ignored by this… so… just FYI, be on the look-out there.

Thanks for that suggestion. I see it now. This will help a lot. I will check, but I do not believe we lock Territory ever.
