I have been asked if there is a way to track user login/out time and date and what screens they may have accessed.
We are Gov Cloud.
Is there a way to do this?
I know I can see if someone is currently logged in through the session management screen but that is not much help for tracking history.
Any help is appreciated.
In 2024.1+ you can configure Activity Tracking to record Menu, BAQ, and Report usage.
Can you tell me how please?
I have looked at that screen and I don’t see how to find a specific person’s activity on there.
For instance, I did activity type 2 (Menu) and then filtered to order entry.
I then highlighted the record that shows an activity count of 220 on it.
There was nothing in Activity detail to let me know anything else about it.
What am I doing wrong?
I noticed Log Detail is unchecked but I have no idea on how to get that box checked.
If you don’t have permissions to check the box you have to ask the cloud ops team to enable it for you.
Well that sucks, lol.
I will open another ticket to see if they will do it for me.
Once it is enabled, I will test it out again.
