Hello,

Yes you can do this using the Epicor REST API
If it’s Cloud you can request Epicor For DB Read-only Access.
Issue
We are using Cloud ERP. Is it possible to query our Cloud ERP database using SQL Server Management Studio or via ODBC?
Error
N/A
Resolution
First available in ERP 10.2.700, Public Cloud Kinetic/ERP customers can now include read-only direct access to their Cloud subscription.
What does this capability offer to Kinetic/ERP Cloud subscribers?
FAQ ABOUT THE OFFERING:
Q1: We are already live in our production Public Cloud system. How can we add the read-only direct access add-on to our subscription?
A1: From EpicCare WayFinder, reach out to your Customer Account Manager(CAM) using the “I would like my customer account manager (CAM) to contact me” option. Mention that you are interested in finding out more information regarding the new Public Cloud ERP read-only direct access add-on. For more information on using WayFinder, see ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: section at the end of this article.
Q2: We are using Epicor Multi-tenant Cloud Kinetic/ERP or Express. How can we add the read-only direct access capability?
A2: The read-only direct access add-on is not available in Multi-tenant or Express–one would need to migrate to Public Cloud as a prerequisite. From EpicCare WayFinder, reach out to your Customer Account Manager(CAM) using the “I would like my customer account manager (CAM) to contact me” option. Mention that you are interested in finding out more information regarding moving from Multi-tenant or Express to Public Cloud Kinetic/ERP to include the new read-only direct access add-on to your subscription. For more information on using WayFinder, see ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: section at the end of this article.
FAQ ABOUT USING OF THE OFFERING:
Q1: With the on-premises deployment of Kinetic/ERP there is a way of setting default ODBC credentials on Company Maintenance. Is this possible within the Epicor Cloud system?
A1: Credentials used with the read-only/write-protected subscription would have to be stored within the Crystal reports/programs that are accessing the ODBC connection. These credentials cannot be stored in Company Maintenance within the Epicor Cloud system.
