Is there a way to restrict users from changing their layout?

You need to uncheck the following

In Kinetic, it’s under User Account Maintenance and the User Access Card:
Three, somewhat, related restrictions:

1. Allow Personalization
2. Can Change Save Settings on Exit
3. Can Maintain Favorites Programs

On that note, do you know if “Allow Main Menu Tabs” means they can change the main menu for all users, or just themselves?

I have tried de-selecting all these setting yet the user can see get to other users layouts:

I’ve never tried this, and there is zero documentation that I’ve found, but the dropdown here lists Menu Security IDs that the publisher can select at the time of publication.

Might be something to look into.
