Is there any Audit Log in Engineering Wrokbench

Normaly when we do audilt log we have to create a table to record the
changes.
is it possible to do it via BAQ?

Any advise?
many thanks
You can set up change logging on any table.field from the appropriate editing apps (in your case - Engineering WB).

Don't go too crazy though as it there is overhead associated with it (and it can slow down application speed).

Without using the Change log, the system automatically tracks what you
do AS LONG AS you record it. The system then captures the date, time,
user and note they put in. Of course this assumes the user has to
actually add the notes, this is the only drawback.

I think I lead you astray folks. I was relying on my (faulty!) memory when I replied.

Eng WB seems to be one of the few apps without a view change log option in the Actions menu. We log critical fields in Part Entry (as well as order/job/PO entry).

The whole process is BAM driven. That being so, it may still be possible to log changes to the table data Eng WB can edit.

The trick would then be providing a way to VIEW the log data.

With VB customization, I think that would be possible... Just perhaps not very elegant from a standard UI perspective.

Engineering WorkBench (Eng WB).

As I said, audit logs are BAM driven so, even though the app doesn't natively provide for a view change long Action, it doesn't mean you can't still set up a BAM to collect the change data (and then view another way: BAQ/dashboard, Crystal, a VB customization to Eng WB).
