Is this some kind of virus?

Chad,

1. It could be that a spammer is simply using your email address as the return address to help spoof antispam software.
2. It could have been somebody with a virus sending out infected email. The virus could have used your address as the return address and you got the error message.

What you really need to watch for is this type of email showing up frequently over the next few days.
If that happens you may have to review your email server software to make sure that no email relaying is occurring.

Hi, Chad -
As someone said, if you don't know what it is, delete it - my personal rule!
If you're curious, though, the symantec virus encyclopedia can usually fill you in on up to date virus info

That could also be some sort of spam gone wrong. Like the spammer was trying
to set a cookie on your system and it didn't work.

Still better to be safe and check the anti-virus sites and see if there are
any known viruses (virii?) that do what you are describing.
