Issue material requires to bin

Hello,

Does anyone know why upgrading from 10.0.700 to 10.2.600 when issuing material it now requires a TO bin? We were looking for a setting (resource/site config) but were unable to find it. Can anyone steer me in the right direction?

Hi Dan,
Have you tried looking into the Resource Group details for the first operation? Are these fields populated?

This looks to be the issue, however I needed to reschedule these jobs to make it issue correctly.
