Item cost not pulling into PORG before PO creation

I have vendor specific items that aren’t pulling cost into PO Recommend/Generation. I’ve looked at the Item & Supplier Maintenance and the items have cost and nothing out of the ordinary. Items are being manually priced prior to save the PORG and creating the POs. Anyone have this issue??

The parts have Supplier Price List entries?

Yes, the items have supplier List Price & Cost.

FYI - I found the answer with some help. Supplier Pricing Maintenance --> Pricing Method should be set to Multiplier & Source Price to Cost. It was set to Pricing Libraries with no Libraries set up.
