Item with same key has already been added

I get this error “Item with same key has already been added” while login using Active Home page Style only. Works well with classic style. Any solution for this?

I just had the same problem on one user’s PC and was able to resolve by replacing the .lnk shortcut in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Epicor Software\Epicor ERP10.2 Client\epicor\
