It's here.... 2026.1.100 Feedback Thread (Behave 🤣 )

Someone said we should have a general feedback thread, so here it is.

Less :dumpster_fire: and more facts please.

Just a tip… with 2026.100, the ā€œAdvanced Grid Filtersā€ Preview Feature has been moved to a user choice setting.

In your user settings, you can choose which filter setting you want to use across the board:

A custom dashboard with a personalization prior to 2026.100 (i.e., I filtered a column by two values (CustID = ABC or CustID = JKL) and then Save Layout) retained the filtering action after the 2026.100 upgrade, but the filter was not shown in the grid header regardless of the state of the Filter icon. I was able to clear the filter, but this could be confusing to a user who expects to see the filter indicator.

We’ll get the jokes out of the way early…before we start testing.

I was happy to see my Idea about disabling a grid’s filters clearing filtering on the grid instead of just hiding the applied filter seems to be a reality! Except it’s one of several of my Ideas that randomly vanished in the last month or two, so there’s nothing to share.

On the bright side, unfiltering unfilters, which is nice.

Glad to see the dates sorting by date in grids. Especially Server File Download. :tada:

Edit: Now if we could get the time sorted correctly that’d be :heart_with_arrow:

I still want to convert them all to big-endian ISO8601 presentation lol.

I’ve been using YYYY-MM-DD for 20 years. No one’s ever been confused. Only two people have thought to ask why and once they saw alphabetical sort correctly sort dates, they converted too. Works with time too if it’s 24h instead of AM/PM.

Yes please. I had a boss who was from the UK once and he totally converted me to using that data format.

Well, it’s still not sorting by dates correctly. It’s still sorting dates as strings.

…unreliable. Layout changes still save filter state and contents. Filter state and filter contents load and act independently. They mostly load correctly. (mostly)

PSA: If you don’t see what you expect to see in a grid, click the filter icon. Even if filter state is ā€˜off’, if filter contents are secretly applied it’ll unload the filtering then change the filter icon status from ā€˜off’ to ā€˜off’.

It just makes sense :+1:

Can it be true, the refresh command actually . . . refreshes?!?!?

Has anyone else noticed that Customization Maintenance and Directive Update menu options are now missing in the updated Pilot?? Also my Conversion Workbench had items that completed with Errors. Just wondering what I am supposed to test now when an upgrade happens? Hoping this is just something new and not something that is now screwed up.
Looking to hear from other people’s experiences who are on the Cloud.

I did like the fact that you don’t have to wait for a download and it does appear faster.

Thanks!

Jill

Hopefully this isn’t the first time you are hearing about the classic sunset? Classic is gone, that’s it. There are no more classic customizations. There are no more classic screens.

Guess I didn’t realize that the Customization screen was classic only. My mistake!! :joy:  I was so focused on getting our other screens ready for the upgrade I guess I didn’t pay attention on how my job would change.

Just need to figure out what I am supposed to test after an upgrade now that the classic screens are gone. I had another Tech who works for me doing the Application Studio stuff so didn’t even think about the things I am used to doing:>)

Have a great evening! Thanks again!

Directive Update is in the BPM Designer

Thank you Chad! Now I don’t feel as silly as I did about the Customization Maintenance:>) I will add this to my notes. You really helped me.
