We are only able to import some customers into Outlook through Info Worker. If you manually create the customer records, it sets the custsysid (lobld) field in the customer table. If you import them through the Customer/Contact Import it does not set this field which is a key in Epicor Portal. Without that field updated we are unable to import those records where the LobLd is blank
