Rob,
The job was still open, but the operations were complete, and we also received the finished goods into stock from the job before we used the job adjustment function (basically we found the qty discrepancy when we were ready to close the job, so we used job adjustment to try to fix it). Would that make a difference with the backflushing? Thanks,
Adam Whipp

I would have assumed it would backflush -5 pcs of material to the job as well. However, what happened was it issued 1210 MORE pcs of material to the job. So we did another job adjustment for 5 pcs (to return to the original qty of 1215). The system then backflushed -1209 pcs of material (which put us roughly back where we started). Has anyone seen this behavior before? I double checked the setup of the job and parts and can see no reason why it backflushed the way it did. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
