Job adjustment

Hi Jim,

We are in 4.0 and I believe that once the invoice has been paid you can't
change the quantity. Have you tried job adjustment?

I need to change the quantity completed on a job. The operation is a
subcontract operation and the receipt was entered for the subcontract
operation with the wrong quantity. The AP invoice has been entered and
posted. The variance on the invoice has hit the job so job costs are
actually correct but my quantity completed is incorrect. How can I change
the quantity completed but not have it change the costs on the job? How can
I get the PO reopened to receive the parts in when they actually come in? We
are on version 3.00.632. Any help would be appreciated.
