I am looking for advice on how to solve an issue I am dealing with.
In Job Completion/Closing Maintenance, sometimes a job has a “Complete Qty” number and sometimes it does not. What controls whether this field is completed or not? I am fairly new to Epicor and this answer has been eluding me. I have looked at the field help window for this field, but it did not give me any clues to what controls this information.
Check to make sure there are quantities reported against the last/final operation on your job. Complete quantities on the operation are reported using Time and Expense Entry.
@mbayley As there are no operations marked as final, I believe you have hit on the solution to the problem, because I believe the final operation in these cases is not being used.
