I am a new Vantage user, but my company has been using Vantage for years (current version 8.03).
I see that estimate costs for subcontract and outside service are zero. Where should the value for the estimate be entered so that it will pull into the job detail (so that I can analyze job profitability)?
I also see some jobs where the RM estimate is correct, RM actual is entered correctly, but the part number doesn't have any material cost so the avg. cost used for FG value is incorrect. Why isn't the material cost being pulled into the part cost from the job?
thank you!

These are common quirks you are running into in V8.
Estimated costs and material costs aren't what I expected either.
BTW, do you use stock or nonstock? Some costs are collected differently depending on this.
