Is there a way to reduce the font or take some of this information out? Some people have smaller screens and this long description is pushing over into the “hero bar” and preventing them from hitting the save button.

Another cautionary tale for implementers who have engineers who prefer “smart” part numbers over smart descriptions. I’m not trying to be snarky. This is just another unexpected downside that I hadn’t thought of. Usually, long-ish part numbers are tough in label formats.
If you make a custom layer, you can remove/hide things in the hero bar, and you can also change the fields that display in that page title.

@aosemwengie1 beat me to it… but you can alter the information in the Page Caption by selecting the desired page and changing the caption in the Page’s Advanced properties:
