So when opening Job entry from the main left hand side menu or your home screen our screen looks one way but if you right click and open job entry from a field it looks different? Why would the “Hero bar” look different if we only have (1) custom layer we are using?
The crumb bar on the upper left shows the “breadcrumbs” back from the landing page. So you can click the arrows in the crumb bar and select other records that were on the landing page. Or, similarly, if you do a job search and multi-select, the jobs you select will appear in the crumb bar.
When you right-click and it loads a job number via a context menu, it is only loading one job. There is nothing in the crumb bar because there are no other records in the selection set.
I’m wondering if you have multiple menus? The menu you’re selecting initially has two (+) “new” icons in the primary tool bar.
Your right-click context menu may be taking you to a different menu where you don’t have a customization layer applied??
The crumb bar I understand. The hero bar I know you can modify in app studio but we haven’t touched it. We only have (1) custom layer for job entry and that shows on this operation detail, it is pulling from our single custom layer but somehow the hero bar is different.
