Job Entry - Selecting Text - 8.03.407

This afflicts our users that use Vantage on a Terminal Server using RDP.
Rebooting the server cures it for quite some time.

If your users complain of the text moving when they click to select text, I have a customization 'fix' for that (supposed to fixed in 8.03.411)
