Was wondering whether anyone has had issues with the Job entry treeview not refreshing once either an attachment or operation is either added, modified or removed.
We have tested in base only mode to rule out any customisation issues but this issue still persists 
For strange UI behavior (particularly if it is for a select user) my go to solution is to clear the client cache and remove any personalisations.

Cheers Brett, unfortunately have tried this will no success.
Its occurring for all users, there is no personalisation and have also tested if the same occurs in base only mode and the issue still persists
I have also come across another company reporting the same incident back in 2016.
Seems rather odd.
