Has anyone seen Job Operation Start Dates null when adding via either Right Click > Add Operation or Engineering > Methods > Job > and dragging over applicable Op? We are seeing scenarios where Start Date is null but Due Date is populated. We have tried to recreate both scenarios in our Pilot environment and we get dates populated in both Start and Due date so have not been able to figure out what is causing this.
Have you tried re-scheduling the jobs without start dates?
Yes and when re-scheduled the Start Dates are populated. We are trying to figure out how we got the null dates initially as I suspect it is something the users are doing and we want to identify what and prevent in future.
