Anyone else having issues with job scheduling board? We did update to 100.7 and that broke a bunch of things so then updated to 100.8 to fix those and now we do not have a working job scheduling board. Just pops up like shown below. Can’t adjust schedule or see how it scheduled or anything.
We were just told this MIGHT be fixed in 200.2(?)…but don’t know when that might be available… how does Epicor release something without even base functionality checks… this is kind of a key process one would think they would check.
Sadly, the same on both counts…
We jumped to .8 last night to fix an AR invoice posting problem that affected some of our biggest accounts (after being told that .7 would not get a hotfix for it). A leap of faith considering we didn’t have to time to test anything OTHER THAN the posting process. Also hoped that it might help dial down the noise level on some of the random glitches we’ve seen. Still seeing issues but no showstoppers…same kind of random events we’ve seen in the past I suppose.
And the issue of base checks are more than a little disturbing. We use software to make our jobs easier. When it doesn’t work, business interruptions are a real problem. Still optimistic that the CI/CD release structure will improve the situation as time moves on.
We updated to 12.2.100.9 last night and are experiencing the same issue. Our production is effectively down because both the Job Scheduling Board and Resource Scheduling Board are unusable.
In our case, all jobs appear briefly when the board loads, then immediately disappear, leaving only one job visible. This occurs for multiple users, so it doesn’t appear to be user specific.
Has anyone found a workaround or identified the root cause?
We’ve opened a critical support case with Epicor, but so far we haven’t seen the level of urgency we’d expect for an issue that completely prevents production scheduling.

We have been told the fix will be on release 100.12 but do not have a timeline for this from Epicor yet. Support has been less than satisfactory. We have created another solution, but it is outside Epicor for the most part.
We have the same issue that it is isn’t working. And got the same response that they aren’t planning to do anything until September. When I asked if I will be getting a credit for Scheduling and Advanced Scheduling modules they didn’t appear to want to do that either.
Since the planning and scheduling modules aren’t all that great to begin with, has anyone had any success with a 3rd Part Scheduling solution?
I should have scoured EpiUsers before doing the on Cadence update from 2026.100.7 to 2026.100.9. We now have this issue too. I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox and all 3 have this issue, which is in Job Scheduling Board and Resource Scheduling Board. I was hoping there would be some work arounds here.
Same boat here… Creating a case to escalate it. This one is far too vital for us to wait until 100.12 to patch.
Good luck, we escalated our several times and have 0 resolution and on week 4 of no scheduling.
Please keep escalating to all of your CAMs, call, email, follow up, escalate the ticket. Ask your CAM who the regional is.
Please don’t stop on this just cause they say it’s not till September. There’s power in numbers.
Our CAM was on PTO for the last 2 weeks and just got back today I believe and we are scheduling a meeting for JUST THAT (well and a couple other things too)!

My CAM is sending emails. Hopefully there are more people that are pushing on this issue than just the 6 of us. You’d imagine there have to be a bunch more companies that were impacted.
Andy, I long for the day that we stop using excel to schedule jobs…
Until then, I’m on the sidelines, but I feel for you.
Shucks, I’d settle for not using the sales backlog as a production schedule!
Someone should post the F12 Console Log to see what the error is if any. Perhaps @GabeFranco can fix it with his Grids Extension. I am assuming its just some flex css going whacky.
So . . . does anybody know when cloud will actually get that patch? Because when I look at the release schedule there are no more updates to cloud until 2026.103 in mid October. According to this it looks like .9 is the last update we will get for .100 but maybe I just don’t understand the chart? I don’t know.
Epic care told us the same thing last week.
One week later…
In desperation we built an external scheduling board that integrates with Epicor’s Resource Scheduling Board. I had to reverse engineer the service calls from Resource Scheduling Board. It was faster to use AI to help build what we needed than wait for a fix to a critical issue.
It’s finished now, and we’re testing it internally.
So far it runs smoother than the original lol.
I know at Insights they announced Headless ERP. I am confused as to why you all even need the UI. (sarcasm).
That looks very nice, and clean… You can probably build in better tooltips and other things.
This looks awesome.
Are you sharing???
