We are still on 6.1 but finally getting around to trying to schedule. The problem is that the majority of our work is job shop work (one of a kind), estimated but not by any means perfectly accurate. A lot of times we are releasing some assemblies to the shop before all the engineering is complete. Does anyone else do this same thing? Care to share how you overcome this and get the shop load accurately.
