Job Shortage report

I uploaded it to the files section as 'Job Material Shortage BAQ and
Dashboard'. it has some stuff specific to us, such as Job Numbers > 'A'
, but you can modify it to fit your needs form there. I hope that
helps. It was designed in 8.03.4xx.

specific job and see the lower level parts that have shortages.

Norman,

Are you just wanting to replicate the job tracker green ticks
indicating if the line is fully kitted or not, or do you want to see
the shortages together with the supplying PO lines that are
fulfilling them ?

I've created a Crystal Report to achieve this (Crystal XI and against
Vantage 8.03.4xx), would you like me to e-mail it to you ?.

Green tracker ticks just tell me if the sub-assy is fully kitted at that
level, correct? To find the shortages across the board you have to run for
every sub-assy and every sub of those sub-assys that have shortages until
the shortages appear. What I am looking for is a report that automatically
drops down the levels until it finds the shortages - much like a material
availability report, but showing what has actually been allocated to the
job. I'd also like any linked jobs and PO making parts too.

I did one called a NOW dashboard that does some similar stuff. It shows
all of the jobs out there though, with any shortages, with any parts
that have enough BOH to fulfill requirements highlighted in yellow.
