Do you have job 2222-52 linked to the demand for job 2222-53?

We are using Vantage 6.0
How are others conducting job-to-job transfers. Example: we build 5
pieces of a product on job number 2222-52. Now we want to transfer 3 of
those 5 pieces to job 2222-53. We go into the receipts from MFG and
conduct
the job-to-job. The problem is that the job we are transferring from now
has
a receive to stock qty in the job header of 3pcs....why. We specified
the 3
pcs need to go to job 2222-53 not to stock. Also how would we transfer
sub
assemblies from one job to another? Thanks in advance.
