Job Traveler Print Dialog Customization

Thank you Rob! I was trying to make that waaaaaay more complicated than it was. I was just about to investigate doing it with VB code somehow....

Is there a way to default a check box to "checked" when you bring up the print traveler dialog box? For example, we want "Print Bar Codes" to be checked by default every time we go to print a traveler. I went in through customization and I don't see a property for "checked" on the check box control that I can easily change to true or false. Thanks for help!

Configure the print form the way you want it, go to actions and select
Save Defaults.

Is there a way to default a check box to "checked" when you bring up the
print traveler dialog box? For example, we want "Print Bar Codes" to be
checked by default every time we go to print a traveler. I went in
through customization and I don't see a property for "checked" on the
check box control that I can easily change to true or false. Thanks for
help!
