I turned on change logging for the core Job-related tables as we
wanted some insight as to who was messing with jobs.
MRP does a lot of work with jobs of course, so there's a lot of chglog
data for MRP job suggestions.
Is there a way to create a BAM with a rule that says "only log if the
jobnum doesn't begin with MRP". I don't see a way to do a NOT MATCHES
qualifier in the BAM rule. Some clever workaround?
