Jobs being created without Engineering flag set

After the upgrade to 10.2.400 I am getting complaints that after using the order job wizard there are random lines that are turned into jobs properly but do not have the Engineered checkbox set. I haven’t noticed any pattern to these either.

Any idea where I should be looking to figure out what is causing this?

This is a known issue PRB0212851 and will be fixed in 10.2.500.

Yikes! Thanks for the Headsup 10.2.500 seems kinda far out, I wonder why they cant just fix it in a patch level.
