Hello - I’m by no means an expert but will try to help if I can.
My first thought is that within Service Security Maintenance the Service ID bo.GLJrnGrp has been un-ticked for’Allow Access to all Users/Groups’, I believe by default this is always ticked.
I have not worked with Service Security Maintenance at all so it might be that. But my first thought is that there is a security condition setup on the method directive GLJrnGrp. It is probably checking if the user belongs to some user security group is my guess.
