Never had to do this before in our cloud, no advance notice this was given in a channel I monitor, anyone else get this and is this something I should be concerned to do? i received the conversion is done email…
There’s a Conversion Workbench on the System Management → Upgrade → Mass Regeneration menu. Have you run that? It should give a list of conversions you can run, and check the Program Status.
We upgraded in the cloud, I just logged in and didn’t get any Conversions Pending message like you got. When I run the Conversion workbench, most show COMPLETE but I do have some that say COMPLETE w/WARNINGS. But nothing that appears to have been an ERROR.
Look for errors, then go to the Activity tab and you might be able to track down the issues in the Conversion Log that’s on the activity page.
It means the cloud team didn’t finish their job. Happened to us too.
Maybe it’s moot since this is from yesterday, but I would contact support. It does look as if something was missed.
I eventually ran the pending updates, it was just very odd that I had to.
My scheduled reports would not kick off afterwards when I got in. I put a ticket in and they took the system offline for an additional hour. I don’t know what they did but it now works.
