# Kanban testing

Instead of using 250% us the dollar equivilant; i.e., \$10 x 250% = \$ 25.00.
Check flat instead of percentage.

The workcenter is set up as a percent -- 250% of labor. If I use the
same workcenter as operation 3 of 4 it calculates correctly. It
doesn't matter which workcenter it is -- just that it is the last
operation.

I am on 6.1 and am trying to test the "Kanban receipts" option on Job
Management. Every time I run the option the burden on the last
operation is way out of whack. I have labor = burden checked and the
burden rate is 2.5 times labor. The labor on the last operation is
43.93 so the burden should be around 109.83 -- instead it is 904.44.
All the other operations tie out. I have tried several part numbers
with the same result. At first I had only three operations -- the
problem was on the third op. Then I added an operation and the problem
moved to the fourth op. The burden doesn't seem to be an accumulation
of all the other burdens so I'm not sure what is going on. Anybody have
any ideas or have this happen to them?

We do the same thing...how is your work center set up? With a flat burden rate or as a percent?

If it is a percent what is the number you are using?
