Keep Customer Attachments from loading on New Sales Orders

We are seeing Attachments saved on the customer record as links to a network directory storage location show up on every new Sales Order created.

Here is what we see on the Sales Orders:

What is odd is these document links do not show up in the actual attachments tab list

How do we stop this from happening on every new Sales Order?

You can try toggling off the “Expose in Tree” setting in Document Type Control Maintenance. May stop it from showing up.
