We’re experiencing an error that starts with a pop-up message, and then snowballs into that user ID not able to use drop-down menus, refresh buttons, etc.
If a user accesses Tools > Options, and then changes the Global Options > Status Bar Panel > Status checkbox, they start receiving a pop-up:
Key not found: ‘sbpStatus’
Parameter Name: key
They can click ‘ok’ and continue working, but… strange things start to happen 
. The refresh button stops working, Toolbar drop-down menus disappear, floating text boxes appear on random screens. Eventually, they can’t get any work done 
.
We’ve purged personalizations and customizations, uninstalled/re-installed the client, tried different combos of user/PC, tried a super-purge data fix from EpicCare, and nothing has helped 
. Has anyone else experienced this?
We’re using version 2021.1.11, mostly classic screens.
