Kinetic 2024.1 missing User Tracker?

In Epicor 10.x there is a dashboard called User Tracker. I only use it to see if anyone is in the system prior to doing a Data Model Regen. Is there anything else I could use to see if people are in the system in Kinetic 2024.1? The user tracker seems to be gone.

yeah, I also miss the User Tracker

The closest I’ve found is “Session Management”.

Personalize Columns so you can see things like “Expired”, and then set the filter to is False. That SHOULD then show you active sessions.

You might as well use the sessions in the admin console since you need to go in there to regen anyways.

Not at the office, but Company or License Tracker shows sessions if I recall.

I forget that’s not an option for Cloud users.

Only thing I don’t like about the EAC is the fact that when a session goes idle it does not show. So you have have heaps of people who have just walked away and left their rds sessions to think that Epicor will still be open when they come back the next day…And of course overnight the user sesson expires and there is a message to restart Epicor…

I know you can change the timeout, but the OCD in me just wishes that people would just logout of their RDS sessions (and as result close Epicor)…
