Is anyone here on Kinetic Cloud but still on Quick Ship on Prem??

We aren’t SaaS but do have Quick Ship on-prem. Happy to help if it’s something with QS.
Yes, this isn’t supported, the official answer from support is have to be all cloud or all on prem or they don’t communicate properly. We had to move qs to cloud.

adding @aosemwengie1 I have serious Printing concerns on cloud. They do not support a drop down list for printing. I know that we can set the printers to the workstation and that populates automictically but we print to ECM and right now the shippers can’t change printers without manually entering the printer name. This will cause issues and errors. Are either or you printing to ECM from quick ship.
We are currently on Prem but go live in a month to Cloud for Kinetic and Quick Ship

Did you really have to or just did out of force from support? Do you use ECM with Quick Ship?

Yes we really had to, they told us the mixed configuration is not supported. It was useable from Customer Shipment Entry in the client but not from the browser. As the client is going away . . . there is no choice but to go to quick ship in the cloud,

correct. The option is for shipping to enter the printers name in as seem from the print monitor service after restarted and get a list of printer.
