We have the USA CSF and we have some customizations on top of it. In Kinetic when we go create a Layer USA isn’t there at all but it does show up when we run the Screen so it must be … somehwere?
Is it its own Layer? if so how do I / we customize it?
One of our Engineers just re-buit the whole thing inside a layer in our customiztion but that can’t possibly be right.

After some investigation and conversations it isn’t really possible today to customize CSF Layers in Kinetic without doing some astounding amount of gymnastics.

There is an enhancement ticket that will hopefully make this possible in the future.

USA stuff doesn’t have a CSF** prefix from what I remember:
Well in Supplier Entry its a Layer Flaged as as System and it isn’t showing up in your Dev toosl it doesn’t look like it returns back from the GetApplications call for some reason
its this guy but it doensn’t show up in your Dev Tools at least I couldn’t find it
Or is this something all together different?
Bigger issue is even if I do manage to open that in App Studio I still can’t see / edit the USA card.
Oh interesting, I will look at this in more depth tonight.
I only know that I was able to open some, I hadn’t ever ran into a specific one I wanted to edit that was missing.
I have two new implementation customers that had the US CSF “licensed” but not “enabled” under Company Configuration. I enabled it, logged out and then back in, but still the “USA” card did not appear in Supplier Entry. At least one of our other consultants had had this before, and it takes a call to Support so the Cloud team can flip the appropriate switch (at least for THIS issue). It was the same in both PILOT (2025.2.16-linux) and LIVE (2025.2.10-windows).
