Kinetic dashboard filters on cell phone

I have a weird problem, and I am wondering if anyone else can reproduce this issue.

Customer is on SaaS, has a dashboard intended to be used from cell phones. Here is a screenshot:

As you can see, the filters in the first card are correctly applying to the grid in the second card, as intended. This is how it works in desktop mode.

In “mobile mode” (basically just narrow the browser window until it matches a cell phone), the filters just do not work.

The filters are applied to the grid via Provider Model / Baq Options / Where List:

Can anyone else reproduce this behavior before I open a ticket?

I had a similar problem in 2024.2 that was solved by going into the chrome settings on the device and switching it to desktop mode. It was accepted as a bug but not sure what version it was meant to be fixed in.

Nope, desktop mode does not work… It seems like Kinetic itself forces a “mobile mode”… Even in “desktop mode” on Android, it still shows the mobile combo box selection…

If I flip the phone in landscape mode, the filters work.

Guess I will need to open a ticket…

I assume you checked the browser console for any errors?
