Has anyone had difficulty getting Personalizations to save in Kinetic Data Collection? The changes I make don’t remain even when I’m sure to save it. The user has rights to maintain personalizations.

Hi @nstorm, Yes me too. I already created a case in Epicor Support. This issue doesn’t appear in 2021.1 Version
@Theodorus_Gumilang - Have they accepted it as a bug and issued a PRB number? We’re seeing some oddness with personalization in 2021.2.8, but I haven’t tested this in MES yet.
Ran into this a long while ago. Not sure if it is related to what you are doing, but we found that the same layerID needs to also be applied to the base MES menu for the customizations to also apply to the other MES apps.
