Is Kinetic down for anyone else? I’m getting a 502 Bad Gateway error when I try to log in to Kinetic Web and a similar error in Classic. Getting tickets from my users, too. The Cloud Status page says everything is sunshine and rainbows, of course.

Yes Sir, we are getting the same error but EpicCare does not have anything listed yet.
On no not again we had an outage on Friday.

If you’re system is down make sure to submit a ticket. So that it’s logged and tracked.

Status page didn’t acknowledge Friday’s outage until an hour after it started.

We are currently working on an incident impacting a subset of customers in your region. One of the clusters became unstable after the patching activity happened over the weekend, and it has been necessary to force a reconciliation. We are actively working on the deployment of the solution. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

I truly don’t understand how everyone deals with these outages. We’re onprem and I don’t need more than one hand to count the number of time our production has been down because of Epicor.

Same. The one time since go live that I can think of (knock on wood) is when CrowdStrike took everyone down. But it wasn’t for very long even then.
