After weeks, months and even years for some of the team (Me) we are finally going live on Kinetic in one of our sites. It has been a long old slog and it is amazing how many issues you can find in the last week of prep and even when going live 
However we are there and things can only get better for us.
Now to think about getting the other site onto Kinetic as well

Still got to get the second site over which will be a harder task however with what we have learnt over the last couple of weeks i think i can safely say we are going to be in a better position to do it than we were when we started out on this path.
