Kinetic Parity - Fulfilment Workbench Loses Ability To Bring In Multiple Jobs

We’re deep in our migration to the browser. The latest issue our users brought up is that Kinetic Fulfillment Workbench doesn’t let you build a list of jobs that is brough into the FWB working grid.

The incomplete work-around is to do a ‘starting with’ search, then ctrl-select jobs additional jobs. This won’t let us bring in jobs that aren’t sequential, though. If you select a different job, it’ll overwrite the previously selected job. You can only bring in one sequential group.

EpiCare’s response is to hire their Professional Services Group to create a customization to get parity back with Classic. :frowning:

Hmmm.
Somewhere on the forum I posted a Post BPM to modify the search slideout in fulfillment workbench..

I wonder if you enabled multi-select in the search dialog if that would work?

Test the Material Request Queue if you do Job Receipt to Job too (MFG-WIP tran-type) it doesn’t work in Kinetic MRQ but does in Classic UI.’

Our warehosue team is the last on Classic as they need this functionality. Epicor has a bug report: PRB0310888

I fired this off a little too quick - Our EpiCare analyst pointed out using the manual search, and ctrl-selecting individual jobs from the list.

This unfortunately won’t work for us. In Classic, we can quickly build a list of jobs to add to FWB by searching multiple times. It keeps adding them to the FWB jobs grid… We typically have 50+ jobs to pull in with multiple materials. We would have to pull in thousands of job lines to ctrl+select the Kinetic way.
