We are experiencing an issue with Kinetic Power Tools where the reports appear to be pulling data from the wrong company.
Could you please advise how we can change or select the company within Power Tools?

I’m not a user of Power Tools, but if it behaves anything like DMT does, you have to use the main Epicor client to change your company. Whichever company you were in when you last logged out of the client is the company DMT starts up in.
Right-click in the “blank” area below the DMT button and a context menu appears. Select “Change Company”.
By default, Power Tools (as @MLamkin says) keeps the LAST company the userID was logged into.
