Hopefully this saves someone else some time:
When you upload an SSRS report to a report style, the zip file NEEDS to be named “reports.zip” WITH a lower case “r” otherwise it will throw an “Archive with reports was not found” error. This is counter-intuitive, because if you download an .RDL file from another report style and work from that, the top folder is called Reports with a CAPITAL “R”. So zipping it all up again, by default, capitalizes the file name.
