Went live this week using the Kinetic MES screen on our floor earlier this week. I am having a problem with one user where when they click report quantity in the browser it is prompting for them to login again.
Once logging in the form is not usable as it seems to stop the EMPID imput parameter from being passed. This is just this one user and it happens randomly. Can happen 10 times in a row then work for a few hours.
Anyone seeing other slide outs prompting them to login even if the user just logged in?
Not in MES, but, yes I have seen this problem with kinetic in general. In our case it seems to be related to the network connection dropping for a second, but haven’t really gotten to the bottom of it.
I put them on an RDP session today on a server and no issues. Must have something to do with that workstation. All the others around it on the wireless network have been fine.
