Label Printer Cutting off Label

Printer1: Zebra Z4M Plus
Printer2: Zebra ZT411

Drivers for Printer1: Seagull and Bartender
Drivers for Printer2: Zebra

When printing to either of these printers with a 4x6 label, it cuts off a quarter inch of the label. There are no margins set that would restrict the label from using the full 4x6 layout.

When viewing the document in print preview, it fills the full 4x6 setup without any cut off. But as soon as it prints it is missing the last bit.

Troubleshooting Steps:
We tried changing offset sizes
We tried changing the x dimension on the document
We reset printer1 back to defaults

Are you using Client Print or Network Print? We have our Zebras running as network printers - Printer Maintenance setup below. Zebra drivers installed on our app server…settings also below.

@JMPCONJ we are using this separately from Epicor and instead using Print Station / Print Portal.

The dream is to get it all set up and integrated with Epicor, but for now its just stand alone.

Hm…on ours we have zeros in the Unprintable Area and Adjustment fields. That’s about all I see on my screencaps that match up.

This might be a longshot too but every once in a while our Zebras go off the rails…we usually do a factory reset and not just a powercycle.

On the units we have (GK420d): hold down the feed button…light blinks once, then twice rapid, then three rapid, then four rapid…release the feed button and it goes through its reset.
